Another Thank You to those that entered our Custom Poster contest by voting on your favorite design!! There was a great response so we plan to do more of these drawings in the future!

When football season wraps up in the fall, most families move on to several other sports and activities. The 2010 custom poster winner is no exception. Reed not only plays for the Klein Eagles, he wrestles, plays baseball, and is on the swim team. He’s a busy 2nd grader!
So we gave Reed’s parents, who have two more energetic sons, a little extra time to pick favorite photos. :)
We love you Mykel-Anne and Mike!! (Hope we didn’t cause too much marital discord while you were selecting action photos. LOL)

Michelle & I felt the website was ready for an update. It is the same layout with a much needed face lift. The overall look and feel is clean and modern. The three biggest differences you’ll notice are to the larger and faster slideshow on the Home page, added company information to the Contact Us page, and the icons on the Galleries page.

The Contact Us page was overhauled. It now contains company information, contact phone numbers, and link to our Facebook page.

Of course, none of this would be possible without my friend Mike Bowden doing the really hard coding that I cannot handle. I’ve known Mike since 2005. We have a great business relationship and he is my go-to man for anything website related! If you need a referral for web coding and business development, then please contact us and we will forward his information to you.

How do you enter the drawing? Vote on the August 29 “New 2010 Poster Designs” post by 9pm on September 26. Write a comment about your favorite poster at the bottom of that post (click “Let us hear what you have to say!”) with its number and title. One entry per reservation. Include your team name, division, jersey number, or drill team. If your screen name does not match the name of the person who made payment on your reservation, then please contact us to verify which comment is yours.

What if you are not with one of the teams listed? Click the Contact GTP button above to check availability for your game. The same reservation payment and posting date applies to enter the Custom Poster drawing.

*Remember: Reservations are limited. (See team posts below or your team homepages for details.) We will draw the winning name on Sunday, November 21 after the AAYFDT Super Bowl games end. We will post the winner’s screen name in a comment on this post and contact you by email. You will have until December 31, 2010 to claim your Custom Poster. No doubt these posters will look great hanging on your walls at home or the office.

For Gametime Photography, another year of football means another year of football posters. We worked the entire off season coming up with some modern, youthful, and amazing designs. Because these posters are custom, they can be changed to match any sport and team colors.

As you see below we concentrated on the Classic and Enhanced Styles. The Classic Style (posters 1-5) will feature one to three photos from your game. This style uses creative graphic elements to give the photo a unique look and feel. The Enhanced Style (posters 6-13) will also feature one to three photos from your game. So what’s the difference? We extract the player from the photo and make him or her the focal point of your poster. Then the other photo(s) are blended into the background to compliment the overall design.

Special Occasions (posters 14-18) call for special request designs. Did your team win the Super Bowl? Is this the last year your football players will be on the same team? Your cheerleader loves her BFFs? Is your player the starting QB or pitcher in the big game? These posters are by special request ONLY because they take extended planning. We are flattered that you loved your photos & poster from last year. We are even happier you chose us again to photograph Luke’s game last Saturday. :) Thank you Mark!

This is the poster we created for Luke using photos from last year’s game.

Luke moved up to the Tee Ball 5 division and playing for the Athletics a 2nd year. As luck would have it, the rain stopped one hour before game time. The weather was perfect when the Athletics defeated the Red Sox in a shootout at Little League Park in Magnolia. These little guys and gals have fun no matter what the scoreboard reads. For this reason, it makes my job so much fun!
