CONGRATULATIONS Junior Eagles! You won the Super Bowl!!

Little league football in the fall always includes the Eagles and Silver Wings. Thank you for being welcoming and supportive!
We hope all of the players, dancers, and their families had fun watching the end of season slideshow at the banquet on Saturday night. We also hope you enjoy your yearbooks.

Lions vs Panthers Homecoming

The Cypress Panthers played their Homecoming game last Sunday. They moved the game from Saturday due to so much rain the previous day, and it did rain again on Sunday morning. The Freshman team asked us to take player-parent escort photos and action photos of the game. Thank you Alison for inviting us! Your photos are now posted.

Patriots vs Redcats – Mayor’s Cup [Tomball, TX]

These two Tomball teams competed for the annual Mayor’s Cup last Saturday. The game brought out lots of fans and banners for their VIP players. We had the opportunity to take action photos of the Freshman game. Thank you for inviting us!

Here’s what the Tomball Patriots had to say on their home page: “Congratulations Freshman and Sophomore Teams!! Congratulations boys on bringing the Mayor’s Cup back to Patriot Territory. Congratulations to all of the boys on the hard fought battles. We are proud of each of you! Thanks to the Liberty Belles for bringing the spirit!”

Patriots vs Colts Homecoming

The Colts Homecoming was bitter sweet. Without a freshman division team last year, both the Freshman and Sophomores are new to the team this season. They lost both games to the Tomball Patriots. The Juniors and Seniors hiked up the team’s spirit to full force by closing out the Patriots in both of their games!

The first regular season game of AAYFDT football season is on Saturday! The Cypress Colts, newest team in the CYFDTA league, will have all four divisions playing against the Klein Rams. Here is our action photos schedule:

Last Regular Season Game – Bengals vs Eagles 11-08-08

Last game of the regular season. Where did that time go?? Even with the Ike delay, we can’t believe fall tackle football is wrapping up already. GTP thanks all of our teams for a great season! We think your players and dancers gave a lot of heart on those fields. They also gave us a lot of action to photograph.

Bengals vs Colts (Homecoming)

Last Saturday was the first Homecoming for the Cypress Colts. We got to meet more families. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We hope that everyone who ordered from the game on October 11th is enjoying their photos. Thank you!

We also met some new Bengals parents. Thanks for coming over to our tent to look at the sample albums. We’ll see you again on November 8th against the Eagles. The drill team half time performance will be a part of those photos.

This fall is the inaugural season for the CYFDTA Colts. The team is a mix of new players and Panthers transfers. We want to thank them for inviting us out this weekend. GTP is honored to photograph the Colts games. We met many new families, players and coaches. We also caught up with some familiar faces from past seasons of Panthers football.

Hello to Broncos and Pony Express families. We know most of you are quite familiar with action photography through one of our good friends, Ron. He happens to be the person who introduced us to the AAYFDT. Thanks for visiting with Sonny and me during the games.

Redcats vs Eagles (Homecoming)

Saturday was a great day for football and homecoming. Michelle and I want to thank the entire Eagles staff for their support, especially Mykel-Anne Baumann for inviting us out to the game!

This Saturday was extra exciting for me. I met an old friend from the past. Coach Ramos of the freshman team is a high school friend. I’m glad we had a little time to reminisce about the ‘good old days’. Then we saw a team mom from the past two year, Angie Stewart, that handled quite a bit of the Eagles’ events. She seemed a little more relaxed this year. I wonder why? The Eagles are blessed to continue a tradition of great team moms. Of course it’s always fun to see the parents and coaches we’ve met over the past few years.

Just in case you were in line getting snacks, bidding on silent auction items, buying some Eagles shirts to support the team, or at the GTP tent checking out our photos and posters and missed some of the action, I put together a slideshow of all the great plays.
